Insider Media Shortlists Assisi Pet Care in Annual Awards
The annual Insider media Yorkshire Dealmaker Awards shortlist has been announced with Assisi Pet Care acquisition of Town & Country Petfoods being shortlisted for Deal of the Year.
Peter Mangion CEO at Assisi Pet Care Ltd commented “we are delighted to be on the shortlist of the Dealmaker Awards, alongside some of the talented advisors who continue to help us deliver our vision.”
The acquisition, completed on 2nd March 2021, was the second in less than 6 months for the newly established Assisi Pet care and maintained the trajectory of growth set out in the company’s ambitious plans to become a leading player in the European pet care sector.
